Exchange & Return Policy

سياسة الاستبدال و الإسترجاع

Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال أو الإسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب، وفقاً للشروط والأحكام المعمول بها.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير ملبوسة، غير مغسولة، غير معدلة، وبحالتها الأصلية، مع بقاء جميع الملصقات والتغليف الأصلي سليماً.

If the item received matches the Size Guide, any exchange or return due to size selection or change of mind will be subject to the applicable return terms, and the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs.

إذا كان المنتج المستلم مطابقاً لدليل المقاسات، فإن أي استبدال أو استرجاع بسبب اختيار المقاس أو تغيير الرأي يخضع لشروط الاسترجاع المعمول بها، ويتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن المناسبة.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for exchange or return, except where required by applicable law.

المنتجات التي تم ارتداؤها, أو غسلها, أو تعديلها، أو تعرضت للتلف، أو تم إرجاعها بدون الملصقات والتغليف الأصلي غير مؤهلة للاستبدال أو الإسترجاع، إلا في الحالات التي يقتضيها القانون المعمول به.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

في حال استلام منتج معيب أو غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وتزويدنا بصور أو مقاطع فيديو واضحة توضح المشكلة.

Once the issue is verified, we will cover the applicable shipping costs and offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

بعد التحقق من المشكلة، سنقوم بتغطية تكاليف الشحن المناسبة وتقديم استبدال مناسب أو استرداد للمبلغ.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable regulations.

إذا كان المنتج المطلوب للاستبدال غير متوفّر، سيتم إصدار استرداد للمبلغ باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وفقاً للأنظمة المعمول بها.
